From an accounting firm and paper — to numbers you can trust.

KSM Stroy builds residential complexes and public infrastructure — including a school covered by the municipal press. The company's financial reality was split between an external accounting firm, VAT ledgers and internal spreadsheets, while the sites themselves were run on paper and in people's heads.

The company needed its finances, active sites and portfolio of completed projects in one system — with numbers it could trust — plus a systematic way to handle the legally mandatory safety induction. We built an Odoo 19 environment that covers all three.

Books that reconcile to the stotinka.

148 posted invoices from suppliers and customers are loaded into Odoo Accounting and reconciled to the stotinka against the official VAT return — the amounts in the system match the declared figures exactly. Period closing and audits start from matching numbers, not from hunting for discrepancies.

The payments registered against the invoices give a live picture of receivables and payables — a cash position every day, not once a month.

Sites and training in the same system.

The two active sites are digitized as detailed BoQ projects — a residential building with 298 tasks and a school with 441, each with a quantity, unit price and value. The portfolio of completed projects is enriched with verified context: client, completion status and links to the website, blog and press for each project.

The e-course “Initial safety induction” turns the legally required briefing into a standardized, trackable onboarding — instead of a signed paper folder.
